Yarn - Two 100g skeins/ 400yds each of sport weight yarn 1 varigiarted and 1 solid/semi solid.
Needles - US size 7 with 24" cable.

I made this sample shawl out of ancient Arts Passion 8 in the Grand Canyon and Great Scott colorway. What I love the most about this shawl is that it grows in the width faster than the length to give the wings great length. This shalw can also be knit with any fingering weight yarn, the size will be a bit smaller and lighter in weight.
